Shipping times are estimates. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that have been confirmed delivered. Please ensure your address is correct and secure. Items marked ‘undeliverable’ due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they return to us, and will incur a reshipment fee. If you need an order expedited, please contact us directly.
UNITED STATES AND CANADA
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 1 pm CT on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, please double check all shipping details before placing your order.
Please note: orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional customs duties.

We are currently unable to fulfill international orders.

Items marked ‘SPECIAL ORDER’ are cut and made-to-order just for you. Please note these items will take time to create and ship - please reference the item listing for details.
All Special Order items are final sale. If there are any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days for assistance. We want you to be happy.
RETURNS
All returns must be approved via email, using the form below. Please be sure to include your order number. Items purchased from Veronica Sheaffer will be eligible for a refund or exchange if unworn and returned in condition received (including all packaging and tags), within 10 days from the delivery date.
We do not cover or refund any shipping fees, and we are not able to accept order cancellations. Please let us know if there is a problem with your order as soon as possible, and we will help as best we can.
All Special Orders, items Cut-to-Order and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to notify us of any issues. We will always do our best to help.
